Working closely with the Training Manager, Department Leads, subject matter experts understand learning needs and performance gaps by utilizing appropriate diagnosis/ training identification & analysis tools
o Designing small to mid-scale learning programs, defining learning/performance objectives, success criteria, high-level content outlines, and associated materials
o Working on one or more learning development initiatives simultaneously, using predefined standards & tools such as the internal LMS platform, for existing & new content, with an aim to expedite employee learning curve, whether in induction or ongoing employee lifecycle
o Delivering learning sessions at an exceptional level using established delivery standards. Sessions may take the form of classroom delivery, blended learning delivery and support, one-on-one coaching, performance improvement analysis, group practice sessions, and pilot workshops
o Maintaining and act as administrator of the learning management system and other third- party systems utilized in training
o Sourcing and evaluating outside training resources, wherever applicable.
